Absolutely! While this course is targeted at teenagers, the lessons and strategies apply throughout the entire life cycle, even adults!

Is this at-home therapy?

No! This course can be used with professional support or without, and is designed as an at-home training program that helps apply lessons from the martial arts and behavioral sciences in practical ways to help you and your teen react to stressors positively.

I'm not interested in martial arts at all, is this program still for me?

Yes! We draw on years of practical lessons learned in the martial arts and in the behavioral sciences to build an at-home training framework. It is not a martial arts program and does not require any interest or involvement in the martial arts.
